I’m not afraid of fear!

We are slowly getting out of the lock-down, yet there are still many fears: of contagion, of social contacts, of (not) being able to return to a “normal” life …

In a situation over which we have very little control, anxiety, fear and insecurity easily appear on our horizon, with more or less serious symptoms, both physiological (intestinal disorders, tachycardia, insomnia, just to name a few), and emotional ( anxiety, sadness, sudden mood swings, etc …).
